Delete your XCubeCAD account

Delete in the app

1. Open XCubeCAD Viewer and sign in.
2. Tap Me.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.

Request by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@xcubecad.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account.

What happens to your data

Your account is deactivated immediately: you can no longer sign in, and your email address, phone number, password and profile picture are removed from it. Cloud drawings and annotations are retained in deactivated form and are no longer accessible through your account. To have your cloud drawings erased as well, delete them in the app before deleting your account, or email us at the address above. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account. Active subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
