Support

How can we help?

Find quick answers below, or email us at support@xcubecad.com. Please include your device model, app version and, if possible, a sample drawing.

Getting started

Which file formats can I open?

XCubeCAD Viewer opens DWG and DXF drawings, including files saved in recent DWG versions by most CAD applications. You can open files from the Files app, email attachments, cloud storage apps or anything that offers “Open in” / “Share”.

Do I need an account?

You can open and view drawings stored on your device without signing in. An account is needed for cloud sync, sharing, collaboration and Pro subscriptions, so that your drawings and benefits follow you across devices.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Drawings stored on your device are rendered locally and open without an internet connection. Cloud sync, sharing and account features need a connection.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. Mac and Windows desktop editions are also featured on this site; check Downloads for release availability. Desktop screenshots do not indicate that a download is already available.

Drawings

Some text shows in a different font. Why?

Drawings often reference SHX or TrueType fonts that are installed on the author’s computer but not on your device. XCubeCAD Viewer substitutes a similar font so the text remains readable. Positions and sizes are preserved.

How accurate are measurements?

Measurements are calculated from the drawing’s own coordinates and units, and object snaps let you pick exact points. Always confirm critical dimensions against the issued drawings before construction or fabrication.

My drawing references other files (xrefs). Will they show?

External references load when the referenced files are available alongside the drawing. If a reference is missing, the drawing still opens and the app tells you which reference could not be found.

Can large drawings be opened on a phone?

Yes. XCubeCAD Viewer is designed for large drawings and loads them progressively. Very large files open faster on devices with more memory; closing other apps can help on older devices.

Subscriptions

How much does Pro cost?

Prices depend on your country or region and are shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone or iPad open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from. For the App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, follow Google Play’s refund process in your order history.

I changed phones. How do I get Pro back?

Sign in with the same XCubeCAD account and tap “Restore Purchases” in the app.

Account and privacy

Where is my data stored?

Account data and cloud drawings are stored on servers located in mainland China. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is protected.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings screen in the app. Your account is deactivated immediately and your email address, phone number and profile are removed from it. Cloud drawings are retained in deactivated form; to have them erased, delete them in the app first or email us, as described in our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.

Can I export my data?

Cloud drawings can be downloaded from the app at any time. For a copy of your account data, email us from the address associated with your account.
